Health & Safety Policies

By law, (Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 section 2 (3)) if you employ five or more employees you must have a written health and safety policy. The policy sets out how you manage health and safety in your organisation by stating who does what, and when and how it
will be done.

We produce health & safety policy that assists with all your everyday health & safety needs, including SSiP submissions and PPQs
We provide two health & safety policy packages.

Our entry level package is designed for smaller companies. The policy
is presented in PDF and comes on a USB card.

Our interactive Health and Safety manual package includes a bound copy of the manual with master copy of the manual on USB flash card.

It also includes a Health and Safety policy statement for display in your offices .
The Safety Policy document is provided on a personalised USB wallet card, together with a hard copy.

The USB Wallet card is easy to use and contains everything located in the bound manual (excluding covers and dividers). Presented on the USB wallet card and Created with Adobe® Acrobat® the interactive manual is completely universal and user friendly

Whether using a P.C. or Mac, you can traverse the sections most relevant to your day to day Health & Safety requirements with ease and if at any time you need some help with Acrobat® there is a help section located on the disk which is simple and easy to find.

The Home page of the policy is displayed in bold, easy to view font and includes the corporate logo of your company.

Due to the One Click ability of Acrobat®, hold your mouse cursor over the section you wish to view and one click later you are there.

If you lack experience using Adobe ® Acrobat®, you may wish to familiarise yourself with some of the basic features offered within the program. On opening the USB Card, after installation of Acrobat®, you will see a file named Read Me.pdf. This file contains useful information on shortcuts, printing options and many more useful tips
Also located on the USB card is a comprehensive selection of forms for use with various activities.

The vast majority of these forms are interactive and can be filled in electronically and saved to your computers hard disk.
